Reservations could be made through mail, email, fax or phone clearly stating the services required. We take the undertaking process of these reservations and duly confirm the arrangements.
Confirmation:
An advance payment of 50% of the total cost is required to secure confirmed booking of your program and the rest of the payment is to be made up on arrival in Kathmandu.
Cancellation:
A 25 % of the total cost will be levied for cancellation within 15 days of the date of tour commencement and 50 % of total cost will be levied for cancellation within 24 hours of confirmed date of tour commencement. No refunds can be made after tour commences.
Complimentary:
For all the tour plan or program in Nepal, we will provide one person complimentary for every 15 full paying people. A 50% discount on tour cost will be accorded to one person for group size of minimum 10 full paying persons. Complimentary or discounted accommodation shall be made on a twin-sharing basis – not in a single occupancy.
Group definition:
A group is defined as a party of 10 or more persons traveling together, booked collectively at one time for the same period & taking same tour. Please be informed that we are happy to provide services for just one or two person for the group of twenty people at a time.
Children:
Children below 02 years will be free of cost and below 12 years will get 50%discount on tour cost. Pre-information and acceptance is necessary.
Insurance:
Personal travel insurance is not covered in all the prices quoted by us for our entire tour plan & programs.
Tour escort:
The service of multilingual guides/ tour escort will be available in all our tour operation.
Due to circumstances such as increase in prices by airlines, hotels, resorts, we may have to enforce changes in our tour prices and we shall not be held liable for these circumstances. We shall of course, try our utmost not to increase prices.
