Everest Base Camp Trek

Panaromic view of most gigantic mountains from Kalapathar with beautiful sunrise through Mt Everest.Gentle trek through the Dudhkoshi river valley following beautiful terraces and rhorondrodon forests. Enjoy the culture of the Sherpas, visit ancient monasteries and learn how Lamaistic Buddhism influences Sherpa life. Stop at any of the numerous teahouses sip a glass of sweetened tea or Chang (millet beer) and get a taste of hospitality unique to the Sherpas.
Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu. Airport pick up from Himalayan Dreams representative. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to the Hotel Shangrila or similar category to hotel or lodging.
Day 2 : Kathmandu Heritage explore.
Explore the vibrant and eclectic Kathmandu, artistically rich and an ancient cultural heritage with full of fascinating sights. Visit living goddess Kumari Devi. Visit Swoyambunath Stupa, said to be one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the World, which is majestically set high on a Hill overlooking Kathmandu Valley. It is nicknamed as the monkey temple after the tribe of monkeys that look after the hill and often amuses the visitors. Evening – A cultural evening with folk music and ethnic dancing with a fine Nepalese cuisine at Bhojan Griya
Day 3 - 14: Trekking experience.

Beautiful, multi-hued prayer flags prayer wheels and intricately carved Mani stones line every hilltop, rock wall and trailside singing prayers to the gods with every breeze and every passing traveler. Take it easy on the descent.
Day 15 : Lukla to Kathmandu.
Flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu is a short and rewarding with great views
Day 16 : Rest day in Kathmandu
There will be a farewell dinner party held in Kilroys where you will have the opportunity to relate what you got out of the adventure and to network with other fellow travelers to exchange contact details and look forward to their next wonderful adventure.
Having walked together for two weeks in a splendid natural paradise maybe they will meet up again for another expedition to the mysteries of the Himalayas a land of hidden natural and spiritual treasures.
Day 17 : Final Departure
Airport transfer to onward destination.
